Membership conditions

Background

”Live in Castle” is a club for people who love to travel and who want to feel the history when they relax for the day.
The idea behind the club is that together we shall make as interesting and rewarding club sides as possible. It should be a page that is built up by the members and their experiences in order to provide advice to other members for various palaces and castles character.

Responsible

Responsibility for and copyright to the Club ”Live in Castle” and web pages belongs to:
Anders Hall Consulting, Sodra Breviksvagen 30, SE 421 67 Vastra Frolunda, Sweden.

Conditions

The basis for the information on the website is developed for a long time and therefore may have changed. Incorrect address, telephone number, coordinates or other information about the castle, may be wrong, so it is every team member’s responsibility to verify that the information is correct.

Membership

Membership may be terminated if a member breaks the policy of the club (see policy below) or at any other point in this ”Abuse of users”.
You do not acquire any intellectual property rights to anything concerning the club.

Policy

When you as a member submit posts and reviews about castles comes the club’s policy as follows is valid:
Comments must not conflict with existing statutory.
Posts should not be offensive religiously, sexually, racially or otherwise offensive.
Webmaster has the right to remove comments which are contrary to the club’s policy.

Abuse of use

You are not permitted to copy more information than what you need for your planned trip.
You have no right to obtain information from the page’s source data other than from the published pages available on the web pages.
You must not copy and sell the information which is we provided, to anyone.
You must keep your login information in a safe way and are not allowed to give them to anyone else.
You may only use information in accordance with applicable law.
You have no right to use the coat of arms or images shown on the web pages.

Future

The club will in a second phase introducing space in castle menu where the member himself can put comments and rating of various castles.
Before this service is completed, you can send your comments together with membership number in a mail to webmaster@liveincastle.com. Then the webmaster will put them under the ”Club’s Comments ”.
There will also be a private space for private notes on each castle.
The club will contact the castle managers in order to get favourable terms for members which will be available on a separate page.

Modification of terms of use

The club, the webmaster has the right to change, modify or delete from the website if something is against the law, and has the right to change the terms without informing the club member. It is important that you regularly read the terms of use.

Disclaimer

A club member has no right to make demands on the club or on Anders Hall Consulting because of costs or other reasons that the club or Anders Hall Consulting has caused the club member or other related parties.
It is club member’s responsibility to check that all information is correct. The club and the website should be viewed as an initial information base.
The club and Liveincastle AB disclaim all liability and warranties.
